Our standard rentals run within a daytime window, typically lasting several hours. This gives plenty of time for guests to enjoy the inflatable without feeling rushed. Please note that overnight rentals apply for events lasting over 6 hours.

You'll want to make sure there's enough clear space for the bounce house you select and access to a standard power outlet for the blower. Measuring your setup area ahead of time helps avoid surprises and ensures the inflatable fits comfortably.
Most inflatables are set up on grass, which allows for proper staking and stability. If you have underground sprinklers or utilities, we ask that they're clearly marked before delivery so our team knows where it's safe to secure the unit.
A deposit is required to reserve your bounce house and remove it from availability for that date. Because inventory is limited and staffing is scheduled based on reservations, deposits are non-refundable. Full payment details are provided during the booking process.
