20x30 Tent Rental, Dallas TX

We are proud to present our 20 x 30 Traditional Tent which is a tall and wide vinyl structure, giving more than enough protection and shade to your precious guests. The coverage of our 20 x 30 Traditional Tent is 600 square meters, with a 15 foot tall center. The 600 square-meter space is a vast and usable layout, which is perfect for those sunny-season occasions. We have setup our 20 x 30 Traditional Tent from backyard barbecues to corporate events and weddings.  The material used on the top of the tent is very solid and fire-retardant. It also has a wind rating, which can support up to 70mph winds. The legs are 8 foot high, and the center height is 15 foot tall, giving a tall vaulted ceiling and a more spacious feel under the tent. Speaking of spacious, this 20 x 30 Traditional Tent can seat 60 to 70 people comfortably. Kindly see picture below for a sample seat plans, depending on rectangular tables or round tables. We also cater those tables and chairs, kindly check them out!  If the 20 x 30 Traditional Tent is to be setup on concrete, the standard stake anchoring will not work. Things to consider when renting the 20 x 30 Traditional Tent?

When renting the 20 x 30 Traditional Tent you would need to make sure that:

• When booking, kindly give 30 mins. allowance from your party start time and we would appreciate it, if you put comments on the "customer comments" section for any additional information you would like us to know.
• The rental already includes, delivery, setup, and takedown of tents.
• The dimensions for the setup location of the 20 x 20 Traditional Tents has been checked and cleared of any obstructions.
• If you have a gate or a fence, please make sure it is at least 2 ft. wide, to facilitate safe and smooth passage of this rental.
• We normally have a 4-6 hr. window prior your rental start time, when it comes to delivery and around 2-3 hr. window after your rental end time for pickup. But you would have an option to choose if you want a narrower timeframe (1-2 hrs.) or an exact time, and of course those would come with a fee. • We make sure that all of our units are cleaned and sanitized prior delivery.
• Our units are manufactured with "lead free" vinyl, which makes them perfectly safe for your kids and guests.
• Deposits are non-refundable, that's why kindly finalize everything before booking.
• Changes on your order can be made not later than 7 days prior your rental date.

**IMPORTANT REMINDER: Bounce Universe WILL NOT REFUND UNUSED MACHINE/S OR SUPPLIES during/after your event, as such rentals have already been paid for and has/have been taken out of our inventory. Please make sure that you coordinate with us at least 7 days prior your event, should you need to remove a concession machine or additional supplies.
